Saturday visit with Tita Evie

We visited Tita Evie on Saturday. Regi wanted to ride with us, so he came over around 11:30 and we headed over. We usually bring lunch, so my dad was getting a pizza and we stopped at Primo's to get some sandwiches and chips. Aileen and Dan were there along with my mom and dad, so it was so nice to see them. Tita Evie was sitting up when we got there and looked more energetic than we had seen in a while! She was also eating so much more than usual, which was just wonderful. I am hoping that she can gain her strength to maybe come to Zoe's Confirmation at the end of March.

Jax was complaining of a mouth ache, and we though maybe it was just because he had his braces readjusted at the end of last week. He went to lay down in the bedroom while we spent time with Tita Evie, Uncle Robert and the rest of the family. We looked through old pictures, spoke about my grandma and grandpa and their trip to Rome, and played games. I think she just enjoys that we are there and acting silly like we always do.

I saw that the markers we bought for her were on the table next to her and the coloring book was too, so I was excited that she had the strength and was not shaking too badly to be able to start coloring. We bought her a coloring book with flowers and birds, and I loved looking through to see what she had done!

Eventually she wanted to take a nap, so we were on our way home. I had a Lush gift certificate, so I wanted to head over to King of Prussia, which was our usual stop on the way home. Jax was complaining that his mouth still hurt, but he of course wanted to stop by the Lego store and spend the money grandpa had given him, so he didn't mind too much. I told him that I wouldn't take long with my shopping, since I really only had 2 places I wanted to stop, and Regi wanted to look at shoes. While we were walking through the mall, I looked at Jax and his face was starting to swell. His cheek and next to his nose were a bit blueish and we called the dentist. He called back and called in an antibiotic and the only Rite Aid that was open, which was in Langhorne. We were leaving around 8, had to get to Langhorne from KOP by 9 and the low gas light had just gone on! Andrew made it to Langhorne and we were able to stop for a little gas at 8:47!

It looks as if Jaxson has an abscess and will have to have his tooth pulled tomorrow. He has had a fever and been uncomfortable all day, my poor baby! Hopefully tomorrow he will feel a lot better once everything drains. It's been quite a weekend, and all I have to say is that goodness we have off tomorrow. Thank you all for your continued prayers for my aunt. :) I sincerely appreciate it and our family does too.
