Pier 1 Haul, Petsmart, Olly Shoes and Snow.

Yesterday was a pretty busy day. I know that there was a storm coming, so I wanted to get out early before the weather started getting bad. Our first stop was Petsmart, because our finch Snowbird needed more bird seed, and we decided to get the cats some catnip puff balls, which they just love! Olly shoes was in the same shopping center, so I wanted to stop in and get Jaxson fitted for some snow boots because I have not had the chance to get them yet. We found some cute North Face boots for a reasonable price, plus I got 10% off for being a member of the benefits club.

Next, we were headed to Pier 1 to check out what was left for their big 50% off after Christmas sale! We ended up getting a couple of Christmas Pickles, another felt Christmas tree ornament, 2 ornament frames, a container of glass candy canes, a Nutcracker ornament and 2 cute glass snowmen ornaments. I wish there were more ornaments left, but we did really well!

By the time we left the store it was steadily snowing. We decided to get home and order in some lunch instead of staying out. We got some yummy comfort food and had a nice picnic on the living room floor and watched Disney Channel. It was really nice to spend time with them and relax instead of the regular schedule of school, homework, projects and karate.
