a new year for annie (again!)

This is the 6th year anniversary of starting this blog. I can't believe it! Another new year for annie has come and gone and comes around again. I look forward to what this year brings. 

This has been probably the fastest year in my life! For some reason, it just whipped by me. Does anyone else feel that way? So much has happened this year and I wish I could leave some of it behind, but it will carry into the new year. I will pray and hope for the best. The most important thing that I have learned this year is that life really is short and every moment you can, always tell the people that you love that you love them. You never know if you will have that chance tomorrow. Always find the time.

I wish that I could end this year and start the next with Andrew, but he is in California and he will spend it with his family. It really makes me so sad, but there is nothing I can do about it. I hope he knows that he is with me every moment even though we are not together. Happy New Year, babe. I love you!

Vegas:
My 7th Anniversary gift was going to Vegas for a long weekend. I wish we had stayed for a week! It was just such a wonderful time and I enjoyed every moment that we were there. I can't wait to go back in 2013!

Hershey Park:
At the end of school, we decided to take the kids and their friends to Hershey Park. I had never been and we decided to go there for the whole day and then stay the night.  It was so much fun!

Six Flags VIP Safari Tour:
I have driven through the safari so many times when I was younger, and Andrew never has been. Since it was his 40th Birthday in September, I wanted to get him VIP Tour Tickets so he could experience it the right way! It was one of the best experiences in his life as well as mine. We got very close to so many of the animals.

OBX:
The vacation of all vacations! One week in a gorgeous house in the Outer Banks. We started with a visit with my family in Greenville, then drove to OBX. I wish I was back there now!

Trunk Or Treat/Halloween:
We didn't have actual Halloween because of the hurricane and then the snow storm, but we did have Trunk or Treat and won one of the top prizes for our Tailgating Theme!
