The meatballs were for this!

I made my first Italian Wedding soup this weekend and it is so tasty! I was shopping for ingredients yesterday morning when I got a call that said Zoe was at the Callaghan house because they were done their service early and went there to play. Jaxson wanted to play too, so I got a pizza and headed straight over. I brought in the meatball stuff because I didn't want it sitting in the car, and then asked Steve if we could just make the meatballs there. So we made them there and they were baked off and we went home. I assembled the rest of the ingredients when we got home. We had some grilled chicken this week and I chopped it up and threw it in. I wish I had a smaller pasta, but the tubetti worked well. The only problem is that I have a ton of it and no one to eat it but me! LOL! Maybe the kids will surprise me and have some? Oh, Andrew will probably have some too...
