The 'Top Chef' effect.

So I've been watching a lot of HGTV, TLC and Bravo- I am addicted to home-improvement shows, design shows, project runway and top chef. While watching top chef last night, I had the sudden urge to cook! So I called Andrew, who was still at work, to get me some salmon, and by golly, at 10:45 at night, I made a late salmon dinner. Yummy!
