Weekend Recap

Friday

Zoe's play was postponed because of the snow to Sunday. Zoe was disappointed, but I told her to take advantage of the time to rest! After school, I met Andrew and the kids at PetSmart to take care of the cats. It took about an hour, and then we were off to get some dinner. Since it was Friday, and we can't eat meat, we headed to Meglios. Always yummy.

It snowed about 7 inches on the first day of Spring. 

Saturday 

Zoe had to be at school at 5:15, so we went over and helped set up the concession stand with Tree and Caro. The cast party was right after the show and ended at midnight! Here is the cake from the party, because cake is important! It was from Cramer's in Yardley. It looked fabulous and tasted fabulous!

I was getting a ton of compliments on Zoe's makeup for the show. (Yay!) The head of the makeup committee for the play said my makeup on Zoe was "Impeccable." That was so sweet! One of my weakness though, was hair. A few dancers were doing her hair for the show, and I wanted to try, so what did I do? YOUTUBE! I have learned so many things on youtube, so I searched for Dancer's Bun Tutorial, and Viola- 6 videos later. Check out my dancer's bun on Zoe that she wore for her show on Sunday. First try! :)

She of course was amazing in the show, and I could not be prouder. It was a great experience for her, and I know she already misses it. 

I took all the photos and her ad from the program and created a Shutterfly book for her. I added a memory pocket in the back to keep all her flower notes and tickets. I can't wait until I give it to her! I hope she loves it.
