Weekend Recap (8/1-8/3)

Since I have half-day Fridays for the summer, it has been a good day to do a lot of the cleaning, laundry and other tasks that I do on the weekend. This last Friday was no different and we all got a lot done. Friday night was game night at the Hogge's and I was excited! We were going to play cards against humanity for the first time while the kids all watched a movie. There was so much to eat! We ordered a mini pastry tray and brought a strawberry shortcake. There was also Chick-fil-a platters, shrimp, spinach and veggie dips, brushetta, a soft pretzel tray, you name it, it was probably there! It was a fun game and an awesome time as always.

Saturday we met Tree and the kids at the mall, and to get Zoe from her because she slept over. We had lunch and shopped around a bit. After the mall it was off to Best Buy, BJs and Home Depot for more errands. When we got home I re-potted a bunch of plants inside that needed larger pots, and made a mess while doing it! It was pretty relaxing and we ordered dinner in.

Sunday Andrew was off to a USTA match in Edison in the morning. We had a bbq to go to around 5:30, so we were just getting some things done around the house before we had to get ready and go. The food was delish and the kids had a great time playing with all the neighborhood kids.
