Weekend Recap

The kids just got back on Thursday night and it was a rare time we didn't have anything planned for the Saturday, so we headed to the Philly Hot Dog Cook-off! Basically a bunch of Philly restaurants put their spin on the hot dog and you are able to sample them and choose your favorite one. The bacon cheddar dog was my #1, minus the sriracha onions. It was fun to see the sights and the weather was just perfect.

Since we were in Philly, we managed a quick trip to IKEA! It was nice to be with the kids again and do something as a family.

Sunday was the Newtown Car show. Lindsay came over and took her camera to take pictures of the cars and of Zoe performing. It is so nice to live so close that we could walk to the show. It was pretty hot and humid, so I wasn't too happy walking around, but we were not there for too long.

We BBQed for dinner and it was a beautiful night to be outside! :)
