Saturday was the Action Karate Tournament. We left around 8:30 and drove to Chalfont for Zoe's first performance. She was wonderful! She performed her individual kata in the morning, and then demo team performed in the afternoon. It was a long day, but I slept really well that night!
Sunday, Zoe had black belt practice, and when she was done, we headed to Tita Susan's to visit her and help her and Linz move things around because they are getting a new carpet in their apartment. Everyone was very helpful, even the kids, and they were sweeping and helping carry away trash and other things. They even left with a couple bags of beanie babies, which they are having fun playing with.
Jax wanted Reg for his birthday, so he got him! We were lucky to catch up with Reg, Lynna and Kuya Ry for a last minute dinner for Jax's birthday. Great food, and great fun.
