First thing in the morning, we were carving pumpkins! We usually paint the pumpkins, so this was a new experience for us all. It was really messy! The kids had fun though, and they looked great outside glowing with the candles inside.
The kids had a great time going through Newtown Trick or Treating. They got so much candy! We waited a little bit before we went out, hoping we would get some trick or treaters at the apartment, but we only got a few. We then put our candy bowl outside so that they could help themselves. The bowl was still pretty full when we got home.
