Mr. Selfridge and Game of Thrones

Since Downton Abbey ended, I have been sad. I saw the previews on PBS Masterpiece for a show called Mr. Selfridge, starring Jeremy Piven. The show is about an American businessman that wants to open London's first department store, and all the relationships involved- with the workers, his family and the London Aristocracy. It certainly does not fill the void that Downton Abbey has left, but I'm really enjoying the series and all its crazy characters. They have a really talented cast and if you have some time, I would recommend watching! (You can also watch on pbs.org.)

Game of Thrones has been back on for about a month now and could not be happier! I love so many series on HBO, but Game of Thrones has to be my favorite. This past Sunday was the best episode so far this season and I just can't wait to see more! My favorite character is seen below, Daenerys Targaryen. She is so fierce! (And I love her dragons!)
