Rainy sunday...

After a long afternoon/night barbeque on Saturday, we had Newtown Welcome Days on Sunday. Zoe had to perform twice with the Demo Team. IT WAS HOT and HUMID! The kids finished their first performance and a lot of them were feeling sick because it was so hot. We were about 10 minutes away from the next performance (They were 2 hours apart) and it started pouring! We all got soaked, but believe it or not, it felt great. We filled the time between with lots of ice cream and cold drinks! 3 years in a row there was a rain out :( I told them that they have to use the farmers almanac for next year!!!!
