The sun will come out!

I took the kids to see Annie a couple of weeks ago at Kelsey theater. A friend from high school was in the play, and another high school friend mentioned that he was going and invited us to go. So Andrew, the kids and I made our way to the play. I tried to get the kids to take a nap because the show started at 8. Didn't happen. Before the show, while waiting for Andrew to park the car, the kids were playing and Zoe fell. She managed to scrape her chest on a stone wall, her knee and toe were also hurt. Zoe was bleeding all over and I did my best to bandage what I could with what I had in my purse. All this before the play! Anyway, the kids really had a great time, and Jax at least made it to the second half. The cutest thing was when President Roosevelt came out and Jax looked at me with huge eyes and said, "Mommy, is that REALLY president Roosevelt?" It was adorable. The kids are still singing all the songs!
